There are plenty of fly-by-night diet programs out there that really just end up making your wallet lighter, and not you. 

Some of them work, some of them do absolutely nothing. 

The Diet Solution Program institutes a change in your overall meal plan. You don't need to strictly stick to any particular foods, rather you find out what foods work well with your metabolism and base most of your meals on those food types.

To lose weight fast, you don't need to invest in some over-hyped diet scheme. The question of how to lose weight is not a difficult one. For centuries, people have known that a little bit of exercise and the right foods go a long way, not just towards weight loss but towards better health in general

I tried this diet out for awhile and found that it really works. The exercises are fairly routine but easy to do. I personally found that a short isometrics routine every day in addition to the healthy recipes the book provides work absolutely perfectly together.

Take a look at the website for further reading on the subject. I believe that it was worth every penny, but do yourself a favor and look into it a little more before making a decision. There are several healthy recipes listed on the website that you can try out. The almond crusted chicken is to die for.
