Truth About Fat Burning Foods Review- Fat Loss By Nick Pineault

This is a review of The Truth About Fat Burning Foods.

If you would like to visit the main website instead, click here.

The Truth About Fat Burning Foods by Nick Pineault is a set of PDF books that challenges the normal perspective of diet foods.

Specifically, the books are geared towards losing weight using natural, organic foods that aren't filled with a lot of added chemicals and dangerous growth hormones.

There are a total of 7 books in the Fat Burning Foods set, each one specifically tailored towards a different type of food. They are:

-Protein, Fat, & Carbs

-Condiments, Snacks, & Seasonings

-Drinks

-Your Grocery Cart

-Superfoods

-Supplements

-4 Step Diet Makeover

As you can tell just by looking at the titles of the books, this product really covers the entire range of options when it comes to eating healthy and losing weight. Those are all topics that we've worried about when trying to lose weight, and I know I've personally struggled with more than one of them.

So does the Truth About Fat Burning Foods do what it's supposed to do? Will it really help you shed pounds and create a physique you can be proud of? Or is it just another diet fad? Let's take a look.

The Truth About Fat Burning Foods Review- Just Another Diet Fad?

On the surface, the idea is pretty simple—watch what you eat and stick to healthy foods. But we all know that, and it's much easier said than done. Is that what Fat Burning Foods is all about?

NO.

The author of the book, Nick Pineault, is a nutrition scientist who has spent the better part of seven years looking at what makes us healthy and what makes us fat. Some of his findings are pretty surprising.

The truth is, most people are poisoning their bodies without realizing it.

For example, a typical "healthy" breakfast of orange juice, wheat bread, and margarine is NOT helping you lose weight!!

Why? Well, oranges themselves are very healthy, but when you take out all the fibers and pulp you're left with a fraction of the nutritional value. On top of that, even the brands of orange juice that claim to be extra healthy have most likely been sitting around for months.

Think about it—oranges don't grow all year round. Yet you can still get a carton of orange juice even in the middle of December. Why? When orange juice is made, it's vacuum sealed in enormous vats so that it stays "fresh."

Once the orange growing season is finished, the company turns to its vacuum sealed stockpile to satisfy the year-round demand. What you're drinking isn't fresh, and in most cases has been treated with chemicals to make it last longer and taste better.

And then there's the wheat bread—wheat bread is healthier than white bread, there's no denying that. It's less processed, less refined, and filled with more macronutrients. But often, that's just surface appearances. Some brands don't do anything more than enrich white bread—they refine it all down, and then add more things to make it seem "healthier."

The Truth About Fat Burning Foods Review—What Do I Think?

The Truth About Fat Burning Foods is PACKED with information like this. It busts down the myths of health foods and rebuilds the facts to give you only the correct information about what you should be eating.

I wholly recommend this book, and if you're trying to lose weight, this is exactly what you need. Most people poison their bodies every day and don't even realize it. It's a scary thought, but it's true.

If you absolutely need to lose weight, FAST, you need to switch up your diet and use the Truth About Fat Burning Foods.

World's Hardest Exercises- Review For Everyone

This is such a great book.

The World's Hardest Exercises is exactly what the title says it is: simply some of the hardest exercises in the world.

It's perfect for anyone who's hardcore about their workouts (like me). With that in mind, it's probably not the best workout routine for you if you're just starting out. There's nothing worse than overtraining before you're ready to ramp up the difficulty, and take it from me--if you watch something really cool, you're going to want to do it. At least that's the way I am. Like when I watch videos of Buddy Lee jump roping, and then I get all tangled up in the back yard thirty minutes later.

The World's Hardest Exercises isn't the longest book in the world, but honestly I prefer that in a workout program. I don't really care about the author's life story (in most cases; Tim Ferriss pulls that off pretty well), and what I really want is to just get right down to the workouts. If that's how you are, you'll be pretty comfortable with Hardest Exercises.

Check it out for more information.

The Six Week Shred—Build Muscle and Lose Weight

What's the hardest part about sticking with a workout routine? Is it the hours and hours you have to put in before you see results? Is it the strict diet that cuts out every single one of your favorite foods? Is it just a pure, straightforward lack of motivation to keep going? For a lot of us (me included), it's all of the above.

I don't like saying that I like my hand being held through a workout program, but dang it, sometimes that's EXACTLY what I need, and that's what you get in the Six Week Shred workout challenge. This program comes with daily instructional videos that keep you mentally focused on pushing through and sticking to your workout goals. It's the next best thing to having a fitness coach coming to your home. And come on, it's FREE.

But that's not even my favorite thing about the Six Week Shred. My favorite part has to be the level of detail it gives for selecting a workout that's tailored specifically for you. It'll show you how to pick your weights, how to time your sets for maximum muscle gain, and how to plan your meals around the intensity level of the workout you're doing—so your body ALWAYS gets exactly what it needs. Whether your goal is to lose weight or build some extra muscle, you're going to end up shredded.

Take a look here for more information about the Six Week Shred. (That's not an affiliate link. The program's completely free guys.)

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program Review

If you want to go to the main Xtreme Fat Loss Diet website, click on the link below:

If not hang out here while we go over my Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program review. This is a weight loss diet that promises to help you lose more than 10 pounds in only 7 days.

That's 10 pounds of weight loss in a week!

Even better, the program promises that it only uses safe, effective means of weight loss so that you don't have to worry about that annoying rebound, where all that weight just comes flying right back on.

The strongest point of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is that it doesn't work the same way other "crash diets" work. See, those diets don't actually do a whole lot, because they put your body under a huge amount of strain. The second you step off the diet, all those fat pounds just come right back again.

Where Does Rebound Weight Gain Come From?

When you start a crash diet, it simply wrecks your metabolism. It hurts it so much that it's just dying to go back to the way things were: Comfortably padded.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program uses "cheat days" as a strategic way to give your body what it wants, so the cravings stop and you can get back to losing weight, just like nature intended.

My Personal Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review

I absolutely love this program. I love it. It has hundreds of dollars worth of information that is specifically tailored to our modern way of eating and living. Think about the way you live and work. It's nearly impossible to get 100% away from temptation, but when you use the principles in this program you don't have to.

The fact of the matter is, this diet program isn't just a quick fix for shedding fat. It takes a smart approach so that you can actually understand the way your body works, and use that information to give it what it needs.

You get to eat, but you can still lose weight. A lot of it comes from a permanent increase in your metabolism, which allows you to burn through calories faster than ever.

So that's my Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program review in a nutshell. If you want to learn more about the program and how it works, click on the link below!

Muscle Building Nutrition Program Review

If you want to go straight to the main Muscle Building Nutrition website, click this link:

If not stick around for this short Muscle Building Nutrition review. I'm going to take a look at what this muscle building program offers and see how it stacks up against some of the other more popular programs out there.

The Muscle Building Nutrition program is basically a resource that sets out to debunk a lot of the common food and diet myths that surround bodybuilding. If you want to gain lean, ripped muscle and kick body fat to the curb, I think this is a great resource to get started with.

What Did I Like About It?

  • The information is clear and easy to understand. At no point during the program did I feel like I was in "over my head." Now, I do know quite a bit about muscle nutrition, but I feel like this is something that just about anybody can clearly understand.
  • I actually learned quite a few things. I'm not the kind of person who just takes for granted that everything I read is true, so I actually looked into a lot of the stuff that Rob King (author of Muscle Building Nutrition) was talking about. Guess what? It's all spot on. This is a man who regularly works with Mr. Olympia champions.
  • It's only $19.99

Now I know what you're thinking. For only $19.99, how great could it be? The fact is, it's that cheap because Rob King hates fitness programs that sell for upwards of $100. By pricing his Muscle Building Nutrition at less than $20.00, he knows more people will benefit from the fantastic information.

What Didn't I Like About It?

  • I wish there was more!!! Haha, but it's true. I just wish this book was longer so that I could learn even more from it.
  • It's not tailored towards hardgainers. I've got a soft spot for those guys, and I guess I'm always just looking for something that's great for hardgainers.

So that's my Muscle Building Nutrition program review. Short and sweet, I know, but if you really want to see what I'm talking about you can go to the official site by clicking the link below.

3 Day Muscle Building Program Review

The 3 Day Muscle Building program is a fitness routine from Taylor Thompson, a self proclaimed skinny hardgainer who gained 25 pounds in 95 days, and then cut 5 pounds of sheer fat in 55 days.

Now if you're anything like me, this sounds like a big deal. I was always a hardgainer myself, and so I can see where this guy is coming from.

But what does the 3 Day Muscle Building program offer?

The 3 Day Muscle Building E-book

First of all, you get the e-book, which is 78 pages long and provides a ton of useful information for what workouts you should be doing and what types of food you should be eating.

Here's a spoiler: It's probably not what you think it is. Remember Taylor Lautner in the Twilight movies? His trainer specifically told him "Hey, go eat some junk food." His body fat was getting too low, and he wasn't picking up any more muscle. Hardgainers need a different diet regimen than people who can naturally add bulk.

The 3 Day Muscle Building Workout

Secondly, you get the workbook that covers every single aspect of your new training program. Rather than try to mix and match everything yourself, you just fill in the blanks.

The 3 Day Muscle Building Worksheets

Third of all, you get two worksheets: A workout worsksheet and a diet worksheet. This helps you track all your progress in the gym AND in the kitchen, so you know exactly what's giving you that muscle.

Is That All?

My single favorite part of this muscle building course, however, is the free email coaching that Taylor Thompson provides when you buy the program. Any question you have, ANY question, Taylor will answer for you. It's like having a one on one training session with a personal trainer, except you don't have to pay thousands of dollars.

So you get ALL of that, for only $29.00.

That's it.

If you want to find out more about the program, check it out by clicking the button below.

Fat Loss Factor Review- The Facts vs. the Hype

Fat Loss Factor Review- The Facts vs. the Hype

Official website: www.fatlossfactor.com/
Created by: Dr. Charles Livingstone and Lori Allen
Cost: $47
Refund: Yes, 60 day Unconditional refund

Word of the new Fat Loss Factor program has been going around recently, so I wanted to check into it myself to see what it was all about. At first glance it seemed like most weight loss programs- some people claimed it worked, other people said it was just a big scam.

It's getting a lot of hype, so I decided to see for myself whether it actually stacked up to all the promises.

The Man Behind the Program

First of all, the Fat Loss Factor was created by a guy named Dr. Charles Livingstone after he supposedly used these principles to help one of his clients lose 90 pounds. Her name is Lori Allen.

That's a lot of weight, but let's be honest here- Anyone can lose 90 lbs with enough time. However, this wasn't just something that took awhile for results.

But here's what caught my attention...

In the first 9 days of the program, she lost 8 lbs.

In total, she went from 210 lbs. to 120 lbs.

So this guy, Dr. Charles. He's a wellness specialist and a licensed chiropractor. He seemed pretty solid from what I could tell after Googling him, and I was impressed by what I saw on the Fat Loss Factor video on the main site, so I decided that I wanted to try it out.

Now let me be honest about something here—I'm not exactly what you would call "overweight." So I enlisted the help of a friend who was.

He was overweight. I'll come back to that.

How Does the Fat Loss Factor Work?

One of the fallbacks of diet programs, in my experience, is that they usually force you to stick to a strict diet. The problem isn't that the diet is bad, it's that you're not used to the foods you have to eat now. Your body isn't used to it.

The physical changes that occur when we take our normal food intake and flip it on its head can be difficult to deal with. Inevitably, we want those foods we used to eat all the time.

The FLF doesn't do that—it doesn't force you into a completely new diet. This makes it easier to adjust to the changes going through your body. I'm talking not only physical changes, but psychological changes as well.

In the FLF, one of the main benefits is that you're allowed to treat yourself occasionally—it won't slow down the weight loss.

So here's how the program works...

The first two weeks are detox. Here Dr. Charles suggests that you stick with organic vegetables and fruits.

After the first two weeks, eating restrictions aren't quite so intense and you go through a 10 week period of rapid weight loss.

The first 2 week period might sound difficult. It is. Remember my overweight friend? He said this was the hardest part of the entire Fat Loss Factor review. But you have to expect a slight lifestyle change if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good!

So here are the main principles in action through this fat loss program:

  • Stress makes it harder to lose weight. Therefore, we have to reduce stress. This program explains how to do that.
  • High Intensity Interval Training, otherwise known as HIIT. This is a million times better than general cardio for circulation and boosting metabolism (higher metabolism = faster weight loss)
  • Maximized fat burning. This program uses multiple small meals instead of the typical 3-per-day scenario.

Is that all?

Not by a long shot! But it gives you an idea of the core principles that this program is trying to adhere to. This program is honestly one of the most natural weight loss programs I've seen.

My Personal Fat Loss Factor Review

Okay, let's cut to the chase. Does it work?

I'm going to start by saying that I've been involved in the fitness industry for years, and I was actually impressed by this guy's knowledge of how the human body works in regards to fat loss.

Most diet programs fail because they work on the shady principle that there's some "secret" that nobody else has figured out until just now. Ask yourself, how likely is that? We've been studying the human body and nutrition for centuries.

So I'll be brutally honest: One of the main factors in the Fat Loss Factor is known as the Lemonade Cleanse. This has been around for over 50 years. You might remember this as the way Beyonce Knowles lost 20 lbs. before the movie Dreamgirls.

The FLF doesn't need some "magic pill." It needs you. It needs you to actually be committed to your weight loss. This isn't a "burn calories while you watch TV" type of weight loss program. There are exercises involved, and a few diet changes.

So what about my story?

My friend lost 43 lbs. in 9 weeks. I was working with him on some strength training in the meantime, but I have no doubt in my mind that the Fat Loss Factor made him shed those pounds.

Does it work?

Yes.

Let's break this down a little easier though:

Fat Loss Factor Benefits

  • Depending on your goals, you can choose from 4 different diet options
  • The fitness side of the program can be tailored to your personal fitness level
  • It includes a grocery list and recipes.
  • YOU DON'T HAVE TO WEIGHT YOUR FOOD (Sorry, that's a big one for me!)
  • It encourages you to eat fresh organic vegetables and fruit
  • Pays attention to relaxation and stress management
  • Principles that can be applied for the rest of your life (Keep the fat off forever!)

Fat Loss Factor Downsides

  • Organic foods can get pricey
  • You'll need to set aside some time to prepare your meals
  • You'll need a gym or your own equipment to do the exercises
  • It doesn't work on Mac! (but I hear they're working on this)

Let's Wrap This Up

I give this program two thumbs up. It's simple, it's effective, and it's CHEAP. For only $47 you get the whole range of materials, giving you everything you need to get started with your weight loss goals.

So try it now! What have you got to lose?

Don't forget about the 60 Day Unconditional MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Diet Solution Program Review - Isabelle de los Rios

Click here to go to the Diet Solution Program Website

There are plenty of fly-by-night diet programs out there that really just end up making your wallet lighter, and not you.

Some of them work, some of them do absolutely nothing.

The Diet Solution Program institutes a change in your overall meal plan. You don't need to strictly stick to any particular foods, rather you find out what foods work well with your metabolism and base most of your meals on those food types.

To lose weight fast, you don't need to invest in some over-hyped diet scheme. The question of how to lose weight is not a difficult one. For centuries, people have known that a little bit of exercise and the right foods go a long way, not just towards weight loss but towards better health in general

By eating correctly you will have more energy, increased stamina, you will think faster, and you will experience an overall sense of well being.

The Diet Solution Program shows you how to eat well. It includes low fat recipes that taste delicious (no cardboard meals here) and a few simple exercise techniques that will help you lose the fat and get rid of cellulite.

I tried this diet out for awhile and found that it really works. The exercises are fairly routine but easy to do. I personally found that a short isometrics routine every day in addition to the healthy recipes the book provides work absolutely perfectly together.

If you're not familiar with the benefits of isometric exercises, do a quick Google search for it. They can be done anywhere at any time of day.

For a little background, the Diet Solution Program was developed over the course of 15 years by a woman named Isabel De Los Rios. Thousands of people have received benefits from this eating style, which is NOT a fad diet.

We all know what happened to Dr. Atkins...

On the website, which can be found here: The Diet Solution Program, she claims that the diet will:

  • Burn Fat
  • Remove Cellulite
  • Increase Energy
  • Increase Metabolism
  • Increase Brain Function
  • Provide Overall Health

Take a look at the website for further reading on the subject. I believe that it was worth every penny, but do yourself a favor and look into it a little more before making a decision. There are several healthy recipes listed on the website that you can try out. The almond crusted chicken is to die for.

Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download and Review- Worth the Hype?

Hey everybody, I wanted to get in here and write a quick review of Kyle Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer. It's been out awhile but I finally got a chance to try it out, and you won't believe what kind of results I got.

The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download promises to give you a ripped, shredded body with bulging muscles in just 9 weeks, sometimes less. Is this all a scam or will Kyle Leon's fitness and nutrition program really deliver awesome results in just a few short weeks? Read on for the full Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer review.

Just a heads up, this is a review, not the official Muscle Maximizer Download page.

Click here if you want to go straight to the Kyle Leon Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download page.

Click here to go to the official Kyle Leon Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer website.

So right, let's get on to the official Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer review. I've had this program for awhile now, just testing it out, and it's time to let you guys know what this thing can do for lean muscle growth. I'm going to give you some background info I dug up on Kyle Leon, the creator of Muscle Maximizer, the results that I got, some of the negatives of Muscle Maximizer, and my overall opinion.

What is Somanabolic?

First off, what the heck is somanabolic? Basically, somanabolic is a term to describe your body type, otherwise known as your somatotype. What this program does is deliver a customized routine based on your specific size and weight. I've seen a lot of products that do that, but nothing quite this innovative.

Make sense?

Your body type plays an important role in your workouts and diet because everybody is different, and that's why so many other programs fall short. What the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download does is create an individualized program specifically for you, and that's what makes it so incredible.

Who is Kyle Leon?

Okay, this guy was a nobody for the longest time. When Kyle Leon was in high school he was that weak kid that everybody picked on. You know the type. The 90 pound weakling that couldn't pick up a ball without spraining an ankle.

Eventually, Kyle started to figure it out. After reading book after book about nutrition, he figured out that what you eat and how much of it should be based on your physical characteristics like weight, age, body type (somatotype), workout routine, and regular work schedule.

It's not exactly rocket science, but it works!

Check out this free video of Kyle Leon explaining the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer

So who is Kyle Leon now?

These days, Kyle Leon is an acclaimed nutritionist who works with individual people to develop a diet that fits their goals and lifestyle. It's this same training that led him to create the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer so that even people who didn't live near him could take advantage of his years of experience.

Why not just write a book?

That's the thing. Kyle Leon had read all the books already, and the truth is they didn't do a lick of good! It all depends on a person's specific body type, and there's no way to write a book that addresses the millions of variations of people in this world.

Besides...

By making an instant Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download, Kyle Leon makes this available to everybody. All you need is a computer and MS Excel and you're set to start maximizing your nutrition to finally get that rock hard killer bod you've always wanted.

Sorry if this is getting long....

Don't want to wait? Get your instant Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download by clicking here.

Now the Facts About the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download

Okay, now let's get to the good stuff. When I first downloaded the Muscle Maximizer program I was able to read through all the material in about 25 minutes. It's not packed with fluff or hype, it's just the facts about what you need to know. I really liked that; if only other workout programs would do the same thing!

Most programs use a lot of filler because they want you to feel like you're getting a good deal. I guess Kyle Leon has a lot of faith in his program...

The Muscle Maximizer is basically split into two different sections. The first section provides an incredibly customized nutrition plan. All you need to do is type in your information, such as height, weight, age, etc. It's so simple but extremely powerful.

The second part is actually a comprehensive fitness program. The idea is that in just 9 weeks you'll develop a chiseled body with lean, rock hard muscle and a low body fat percentage.

Can you really get amazing results like this in just 9 weeks???

From what I've seen, absolutely. By all accounts the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer is an incredibly effective program, though it does have a few shortcomings, which I'll get to in a second.

Okay, I said there were two parts to this program but there are actually 4 unique formulas at work here. You get:

  • Systemic Nutrabolism
  • Somanabolic Rebuilder
  • The Somanabolic Customizer
  • Train Strain Factor

The fitness training part is an added bonus in addition to those 4 formulas. After delving into it, it really looks a lot like what I've been telling my guys at the gym for packing on muscle.

The Good and Bad of the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download

Alright what I'm going to do now is just break this down for you. You've got the good and the bad.

Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Positives

  • First of all, like I said it doesn't rely on fluff to fill up the program. Everything is right there for you to get started immediately with your diet and fitness training.
  • The training package is the real deal. There's no doubt in my mind that if you follow the 9 week routine you're going to make some incredible strides in your overall fitness. Not only will you look like a seasoned athlete, you'll feel great too. This is all-around health. I love it.
  • The diet plan is fantastic. This isn't some fad diet like the South Beach craze, it's just advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. Get this: it's just normal food. No chugging down spinach smoothies 3 times a day. At least, that's what I got. Remember the diet plan is going to be different for everybody.
  • One extra thing that I liked was how the program pointed out that supplements can be useful, but they shouldn't replace a real diet. A lot of people reach for the supplements first, but you should focus on your nutrition first.
  • Again, the main driving force of this incredible program is how individualized it is. Once I got my information entered I felt like the entire thing was there just for me. And believe me, I'm not an easy man to please.
  • Finally, there's no risk. The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download comes with a 100% 60 day money back guarantee. I thought that was incredible. 9 weeks (the full length of the program) is 63 days. You can practically go through the whole thing before deciding if it's worth it or not. How simple is that? If it doesn't work, send it back. No risk at all.

Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download Negatives

  • There's no physical copy of this, which can be bad for some people. Everything is digital and contained on your computer, so if you want to take the plan with you you'll have to print it out. Not the end of the world, but it can be inconvenient for some people.
  • There's no measurement conversion. Kyle Leon is American, and for whatever reason everything's based on American measurements. Again, not the end of the world. There are plenty of online metric conversion tools to help you out. Just another inconvenience really.

How Do I Feel About the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Download?

I think it's fantastic, and I really mean it. The product is sound, the formulas work, and best of all it gets results. I've met with a few nutritionists before and honestly their advice was no better than what I got from the Muscle Maximizer.

I would absolutely recommend this, and if you don't like it you can always just send it back.

Anyway, enough talking! Click the link below to go to the official Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer download site.

4-Hour Body Review: How You Could Be Wasting Your Time With This Book

Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 30 days, add 50 pounds to your deadlifts in a few months, and give your partner a 15 minute orgasm again and again? Tim Ferriss seems to think so, and he explains how all this is possible in his book 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman.

4-Hour Body Review

Ever since The 4-Hour Body was released a few months ago, people have been emailing me to see what I actually think of the book. I actually didn't pick it up right away, but after reading about it quite a bit and receiving so many requests for a review, I went ahead and ordered a copy on Amazon to see if it actually delivered on its promises for strength without weights.

If you've never heard of The 4 Hour Body, I'll save a lot of time and words by just letting you watch this trailer.

Okay, what the trailer is telling us is that Tim Ferriss knows all the secrets to performing superhuman feats: feats that encompass strength, weight loss, physical stamina, sexual prowess, and how to sleep only two hours a day and feel rested. This is covering a tremendous amount of ground, making it nearly impossible to review the entire book as a whole.

Rather, the 4-Hour Body is more like a cookbook than a novel, and Tim Ferriss even suggests in the forward that you don't try to read the entire book in one sitting. Some people may not ever make it to some of the sections, because a bodybuilder may have no interest in learning how to run 100 miles, and someone who wants to lose weight may not want to learn how to utilize polyphasic sleep. (I think everyone will be interested in the chapter on better sex though...I know that's the first chapter I thumbed to.)

Is the 4-Hour Body a Waste of Time?

Now, this begs the question of whether or not the book is just a giant waste of time if you're only interested in one thing. I mean, if you're a female who wants to slim down your waistline a little, it's doubtful that you would be interested in gaining 30 pounds of muscle in 30 days. In that scenario, yes, it's possible that the Four Hour Body isn't for you. Conversely, I personally found that I could take something from nearly every chapter. I haven't tried polyphasic sleep yet, but it's something that interests me that I'd love to have a go at some time in the future.

Gaining Muscle in the 4-Hour Body

I personally found that the section on adding muscle really delivered. That's the reason I bought the book in the first place, and that's the chapter I read first (besides the sex one). My results were not as impressive as Tim's I'll admit, but I certainly saw some improvements in my lifting capabilities and I ended up gaining 12 pounds of muscle in 30 days, a feat that I had never been able to accomplish previously.

Summary

So, is Tim Ferriss's book The 4-Hour Body an incredible waste of time? It depends what your expectations are. If you want some unique methods of gaining muscle, then no. If you want to lose weight, no. If you want to become intimate with a woman's lower anatomy, a resounding NO. The only reason it may be a waste of your time is if you buy it and never really try anything that Tim Ferriss does. I would personally read anything by Tim Ferriss because I like the way he brings his own personal experiences into the formula, it's always a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and I love every minute of it
