This is
a short post today. I just got in from a 4 mile jog with interval
sprints for 30 seconds every 5 minutes. It's an intense cardio workout that's simply incredible for endurance and stamina- two areas
that I really need to work on.
No
matter what you're doing today, find a way to be active, even if it's
just in some small way. Do some jumping jacks, go for a jog around
the block when you get home from work. Don't take life too seriously and just have FUN with whatever you do.
