For
guys, testosterone and growth hormone are two of the most important
factors for building muscle. A lot of people get confused between the
two, so let me sum up the main difference quickly:
Growth
hormone allows the body to grow new cells, specifically in the
muscles. Testosterone doesn't.
So how
do you boost growth hormone levels and raise your testosterone?
The
easiest way to boost these two hormones is with synthetic growth
hormone treatments and anabolic steroids. I don't think you should
use those. They're illegal without a prescription, and they usually
come with a whole heap of side effects. Besides, we still don't know
many of the long term effects of using synthetic growth hormone.

lot of people are operating under the "safe use" mind set-
As long as you use them safely, as recommended, they aren't going to
cause any harm. But remember, we still don't know a lot about how

The
alternative is supplements that work to naturally boost the levels of
