How to Do a Dumbbell Triceps Extension (Video)


The most important part of a dumbbell triceps extension is keeping your elbows locked in close to your head. I always see beginners letting their elbows splay out, but that puts a lot of pressure on your spine. When you keep them locked in, the weight rests on your shoulders and triceps more.
