Finding the right
supplements for bodybuilding is often a game of chemical roulette.
There are so many different options out there, and each comes with
its own "special" claims, so how do you know where to look?
Another consideration is
that sometimes, the supplements just plain don't work. There are
different molecular compositions for most chemicals, and sometimes
you get a product that doesn't have a high bioavailability, or that
isn't in the right form to cross the blood brain barrier. HCG is a
great example of this. Simply taking pills is ineffective because
your stomach breaks it down before it has a chance to go to work.
And so the search for
affordable workout supplements continues. We've talked about several
different forms of supplements here on the blog, including micellar
casein protein, and what I've realized after years in the fitness
industry is that another massive consideration is where you get the
supplements from. Not all suppliers are the same; some have higher
quality supplements, and others not so much.
Next time you want to buy discount supplements, make sure you're going to a source you can
trust. The sites I link to here on the blog are usually great
choices, but you should always do your own homework.
