systems, a insufficient amount of calories and Vitamin C can cause
our bodies to be more susceptible to viruses and the common
cold(virus). 3 grams of vitamin C is a good amount, this can vary on
body weight. Vitamin C is also used in the Kreb's Cycle (Citric Acid
Cycle) for your body to produce ATP(Adenosine Triphosphate) aka
